Everything Tetradio does, in full detail, and the only thing a package changes: how many students you have.

The promise

Every package includes every feature.

There is no basic plan and no premium plan. Attendance, guardian communication, class schedules, fees, daily reports and the full student record are in every package, from the smallest school to the largest.

Packages differ by the number of enrolled students. That is what sets your price. Nothing else is affected, and nothing is turned off.

If a feature exists in Tetradio, it is already in your package.

What a package changes

Number of students
Each package covers a number of active enrolled students. The smallest covers up to 40, the largest up to 400. Above that, the same system is priced to your school.
Price
From €299 to €2,999 per year, excluding VAT.
Media storage
3 GB per school for photos and videos, the same on every package.

Students & classes

One record per student, created at enrollment and used everywhere else in the platform. Classes, guardians and staff hang off that record instead of living in separate lists.

Enroll a student once. The same record carries across school years, classes and activities.
Build class rosters by assigning students in bulk, and move a student to another class without re-entering data.
Link several guardians to one student, each with their own phone, email, language and level of access.
Keep enrollment forms, consents, notes on allergies and possible health issues, and digital documents such as electronically signed medical certificates on the student record.
Assign teachers and assistants to classes, and set what each role can see and change.
Find any student, guardian or staff member by name, class or phone number in one search field.

Attendance

Daily attendance that a teacher can finish in under a minute, and a record the office can rely on at the end of term.

Take attendance for a whole class on one screen, on a phone or a laptop.
Record late arrivals and early departures with a time and a reason.
Guardians message the school or the teacher directly about a planned absence or a sudden one, such as a child who fell ill overnight.
Mark the whole class present in one action, then change only the exceptions.
See absences by student, class and date range, and which students have the most unexcused absences.

Guardian communication

One channel for everything the school sends home, so messages stop being spread across personal phones and paper notes.

Send an announcement to one class, several classes or the whole school.
Message a single guardian directly. The thread stays attached to the student record.
Messages are organized and kept on a page of their own.
Keep an archive of every announcement the school has sent.
Attach files: permission slips, the term calendar, the weekly menu.
Staff write from the school account, so no personal phone numbers are shared.

Schedule & activities

The weekly schedule of every class, the activities and their files, and the photos, in the same place.

Build each class’s weekly schedule once: subject, day and time.
Lessons repeat every week on their own, and each one opens its attendance sheet.
Declare a closure for the whole school, a branch or some classes, for weather or a teacher off sick, and the people affected are notified.
Activities carry their own files and comments, so the work and the discussion stay together.
Publish a photo gallery per event, visible only to guardians of the same class or of the classes an administrator gives access to.

Fees & payments

School fees and activity costs tracked per student and per family and kept in sync between the school and its families, with the ledger exportable for your accountant.

Record payments per student, kept in sync with the family. Linked guardians see what is due and what has been paid.
See what is paid, part paid and overdue, by class or by family.
Export the payments ledger for your accountant as CSV or XLSX.

Daily reports & exports

What happened today, written once by the teacher and read the same afternoon by the guardian, plus the records the school keeps.

Write a daily report for preschool: meals, sleep, mood, diapers and activities.
Export attendance, enrollment and payment data as CSV or XLSX.
Fill one report for the whole class, then change only the entries that differ.
Share the daily report with guardians as soon as it is ready. They can look back at every earlier day’s report too.
